Adventures in Not Going to Work!

My day off to run errands turned into a mini adventure with creepy laundromats, a hyper puppy, courthouse wandering, and an aggressive car-vacuuming sister.

Weeewt!


Now I'm off to complete the day by chasing the mini monsters to bed, working out, and getting the ol' website ready for an update. Keep an eye out for when it's finished and see if a shot from your session made it up!

OMIGOSH

In the midst of a her ultra dramatic story, I snapped this. I have no idea what she was talking about, but it was hilarious. Some day, when she makes sense... She is going to be a *great* storyteller.

And though I rarely show them to the world, I'm a loser who takes loads of photos of myself in the reflection of shiny things. Hi. This is me. In one of my giant shop mirrors. Being a dork.Today I found myself in my back yard again. Have I mentioned how much I love my back yard? I could crawl around there for hours and not be bored. Here's a new flower I don't remember ever seeing before- when standing up right (damn wind) it's almost as tall as I am.

Maybe hiding under a rock for awhile, but still alive.
Summer is busy. Which is always better than sitting on my butt staring at the wall. Yesterday I shared a booth with Amanda and Jess at the BBQ, Blues, and Cruise festival. It was a comedy of errors but yay for experience!
Rain, wind, tents blowing down, giant biker dude Josh sitting at the purse table scaring off customers. WOOT!




Today we celebrated my nephew's first birthday. My kids have all sank into sugar comas leaving the house nice and quite for just a little bit. *savors*
